Scheduling & Attendance Policy

Purpose

This policy defines the rules governing lesson booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and attendance.

Its objective is to maintain a structured, predictable, and professional learning environment, where all scheduled time is respected and protected.

Lesson Scheduling

All lessons must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by both parties.

Once confirmed:

  1. The lesson becomes a fixed and reserved time slot

  2. It is exclusively allocated to the student

  3. It cannot be reassigned or modified at short notice

Students are fully responsible for managing their availability prior to booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Minimum Required Notice: 24 HOURS (STRICT POLICY)

Any request must be made at least 24 HOURS in advance

Requests made with less than 24 HOURS’ notice will:
→ Be automatically declined
→ Result in the lesson being counted as completed

The lesson will be:
Charged in full
Not rescheduled or credited

This rule is strict and non-negotiable

Lesson Validity & Usage Period

To ensure consistency and optimal progress, each lesson package must be completed within a specific timeframe from the date of purchase. This helps maintain learning continuity and allows for structured progress.

24 lessons → valid for 8 weeks (2 months)

34 lessons → valid for 12 weeks (3 months)

44 lessons → valid for 16 weeks (4 months)

54 lessons → valid for 20 weeks (5 months)

60 lessons → valid for 24 weeks (6 months)

Students are expected to schedule and complete their lessons within the corresponding validity period. Unused lessons after the expiration date may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in advance.

If a student requires an extension, they must contact the teacher at least 7 days before the package expiration date to request it. Extension requests are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the teacher’s discretion.

This structure is designed to support steady progress, commitment, and the best possible learning outcomes.
